No. In Redirect (Lite) mode, your files stay in Google Drive or OneDrive and Reachfile simply creates a trackable link. If you want advanced features like per-page dwell time tracking, you can optionally use Full Hosting mode, which stores a copy on our servers.

Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and video files. PDFs and office documents are automatically converted for preview. Videos are streamed directly.

Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes unlimited links with basic analytics (access count, referrer, device, geo). Data is retained for 90 days on the Free plan.

Free plan: access count, referrer, device/browser/OS, geographic location, first visit vs. return. Full Hosting mode adds per-page dwell time and video engagement metrics. Paid plans unlock full analytics history.

Connect your Stripe account via Stripe Connect. When you enable a paywall on a link, viewers see a preview first, then pay to access the full file. You keep 95% (minus Stripe's processing fee) — Reachfile takes a 5% platform fee.

Yes. Plus plans and above can add custom domains (e.g., share.yourcompany.com). We handle SSL certificates automatically via Cloudflare.

Reachfile automatically syncs your linked files every few hours. If you delete or change permissions on the original file in Drive/OneDrive, Reachfile detects it and updates the link status.

Yes. Passcode protection is available on all plans, including the Free plan.

Available on Basic plans and above. You can require viewers to verify their email before accessing a link. You can also set a whitelist (only allow certain emails/domains) or blacklist (block certain emails/domains).

Yes. Plus plans and above support team workspaces with owner, admin, and member roles. Team members share links and files within the workspace.

Go to Settings → Billing in the dashboard and click "Manage Subscription". You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
